SO I have been reading kanon and I reallyreally like it so far ^^. I adore most of the cast (call me bland but mostly for Ayu and Nayuki .. and Yuichi xD) ... but I gotta admit that I am Really confused by Makoto and how nobody questions her . at all ... I still gotta read more tho ... maybe they will later on .. I JUST got to January 15th I'm pretty sure (I'm very slow...) I like it a lot though ... makes me actually like snow, I've got urges to go outside and make a ph34rman (snowman + ph34rbot .. heh)

Last month I saw that it was on sale, I'm not really sure if the steam release is reliable but I had just gotten a gift card ... and I needed something to spend the remaining money on ... I tried to pirate it a while ago, I did get it to work but not the english patches ... I know there IS a way to pirate it but I thought that it'd be better to just wait till it goes on sale on steam (plus I need more steam games ...). I read a bit of it a few days before Christmas but I noticed that it's set in January ... I really don't know why but I stopped for a while and began reading it a couple days after new years ... I'm still reading it xD It's not easy engaging with two different mediums at once (visual novels and webcomics... esp since I find that reading comics is easier. wow I need to read manga at some point.)

I have been wanting to get into kanon for a while, visual novels and anime in general. you can put the blame on megatokyo and dj sharpnel for turning me into an otaku ... heheh. I often found myself doodling Ayu at school ... I haven't engaged with kanon at ALL during that time but I just knew that she was cute ( + I drew her on a board .. someone liked it ^^.)

I'm happy that I'm finally reading it, kanon isn't the first visual novel I have been reading however ... I'm slowly getting into Tsukihime, hopefully other type-moon games ... and other visual novels. aaaaaa ... I decided that I'm gonna start off casual and get into key vns first and have tsukihime as an exception ^^. (btw. muv luv piques my interest ... heheh) Hopefully it'll be easy to balance webcomics and visual novels out with each other heheh .. I really don't want to lose interests in them.

completely unrelated but something came in the mail a few days ago and now I'm waiting for the other thing ^^. I'll make another shameless bragging entry once it gets here, this will also become a log of all the webcomic books/media I've got. It won't be here in a few days so aaa ... I'm pretty sleepy so byebye

ps. I watched one episode of the 2006 anime adaptation .. for some reason I wanted to cry. it's so beautifully animated and I feel like I'll cry harder once I get more into it ... uwahh .. also I kept on thinking "I wonder how piro felt when this came out" and then I lost it. anyway seriously. byebye (I love kanon and webcomics. hehe)

not the best way to start off the year but alright

For the past few months I haven't been going to school, one reason being for the sake of my mental health and the second reason being that. I literally have no way of even getting to school. I won't be getting into it any further. but it's all my fault.

I had hopes for this year, I wanted to improve myself and actually attempt to make a new friend at school or reconnect with my current ones who I don't really see that often .. but what fucking happens? I get pulled from school to get homeschooled. but since my dad and his girlfriend are useless I gotta do online school. But when covid hit I didn't learn SHIT from online school. I was already struggling in school anyway because I'm genuinely slow and stupid.

I seriously don't see any hope for this year. or for me at all .. I was so excited to work on myself too

I don't really know what to do anymore. All I can do is accept the fact that I'm going to have an awful future.

 so er. My order for that applegeeks book got cancelled ... atleast my mac hall book got thru ^_^ my bad for bragging ... I was really excited ...

somehow I'm not really surprised that this happend? which is weird because I'm sorta new to Ebay and stuff ... I DID order it on Christmas eve but I don't believe that was it. oh and somehow I'm not disappointed either?? idk it's weird, I sorta just accepted it . it's especially weird because this is my hyperfixation ..

I'll see on what I can do to at least have my hands on an applegeeks book though

still excited for that mac hall book, the applegeeks book didn't cost as much (trust me. it was still worth a lot but not as much as mac hall.)


oh yeah. and I'm sorta glad that I'm not disappointed either .. idk why. anyways I'm gonna go grind on my favorite roblox game ever NO MORE TIME

Hello!!! Merry Christmas ... It's actually tomorrow but I'm a little busy tomorrow as I'm going to a relatives place, I won't be talking much about Christmas because I admit that I haven't really been feeling festive .. at all .. I have no room for a tree because living with procrastinating parents who can't even keep a CORNER of the house clean is great.

Despite that. I have a lot to say about next year ... Mostly goals and stuff. I guess. For the longest time I avoided new year resolutions because 1. everyone else does 2. I literally never cared 2. they're just. stressful ... I don't feel like explaining why atm (I'm tired. I haven't slept yet ...) so I'll just get moving.

I'm hoping to read more webcomics next year and actually like. read them ... and I mean like. Not reading up to page 100 (feh. even that's hard) but I mean the whole thing, as stated in one of my past entries it took an entire year for me to finish Megatokyo when it should've taken like. a week.. maybe even in just a few days. I want to start reading webcomics in one sitting basically. I have a lot of webcomics I want to read ... I already talked about this in my last entry, I made a list for gods sake ... so I'll just move on.

Linux always fascinated me. I had always loved open-source, tinkering and personalizing shit .. also Tux the Penguin ^_^ it sounds RIGHT up my alley . Earlier this year I went on a whole research craze on Linux, I didn't end up doing the switch because I researched everything BUT the installing process, it got really overwhelming ... Also I got really lazy and then I had just started school so I also just got really busy. (bleh. some help would be nice ... too bad I'm scared of most Linux users, sorry)  I have to admit that it all started because I wanted to be cool like Largo ... His entire character is just Linux and computers :P (+ A PvP online, User Friendly, XKCD and Scott from ctrl alt del.) My entire personality and interests are built off of webcomics ... fml) Webcomics isn't the only reason why I considered the switch, windows genuinely just ... sucks ... I don't feel like getting into it because it should be really obvious on how I feel about it. However, I'm considering installing Linux on one of my old laptops just to start off small ^_^ it sounds reasonable ... and more fun than installing it on my main laptop. First I just need to actually find it ... urgh. Oh yeah and I just want a new hobby idk I can't just draw all the time

Speaking of drawing ... I really want to improve ... who doesn't. But I mean I want to learn to draw something like Mech by the end of next year, I don't expect that I'll be perfect but I want to at least KNOW how to draw it if that makes any sense. I have been trying to improve my anatomy and dynamic poses, I still have a lot to learn but I am positive that I'll get there .... If I try hard enough. Oh and I want to draw backgrounds. I cant just slap a gradient behind a character and call it a day ... Basically learn the fundamentals ^_^ I improved a lot this year and I'm hopeful that I'll get even better next year. This still sorta applies to my last goal but I want to make a webcomic of my own, It's reallyreally simple and I already have a lot of ideas. It'll be a "practice" comic for something I want to make for the future which is wayy more lore-heavy and includes a lot of world-building (my ass...) . I don't want to talk too much about it here as I feel like this could be it's whole entry but basically ... It's a bland slice-of-life comedy but also furry idk. very inspired by Rob and Elliot and Sequential Art lol.

I want to start collecting more physical media :P I want more comics, I want more cds and more games. I do have a few stuff atm but I want .. moree ...I want to become an ebay warrior. Idk hopefully I'll feel motivated enough to clean my room and stuffs. oh and I want to start uploading shit onto soulseek so I can download stuff death-threat-free (cough. my fault. I haven't downloaded anything from there in months)

oh yeah I also just want a girlfriend idk. ok I'm going to bed ... this is pretty yappy so er. soorryyeyy I have a few more but these are the ones I'm more passionate about. I guess. anyway happy holidays and stuff ^_^ + I want to start adding tags. maybe my first entry of 2026 will have tags.

Since like February I have been reading this comic. Realistically it should've given me a few weeks. Or just a week. Maybe a few days if I'm insaneafter I finish mt I want to finish applegeeks, I'm nearly finished it anyway so ^^. I need to make a proper reading list..

staying up talking about webcomics and reading them is great.. *sniff* but they keep me up at night because of how addicted I am to them.
